Delay Signs of Ageing

Ageing is natural process that fascinates yet terrifies me — a part of me enjoys the maturity that comes with growing older but I don’t want my youth to succumb to time. But there are ways to delay signs of aging, which I feel has helped with mine over the last few years.

1. Fruit Enzyme

I swear by this and it really does wonders to the skin. My late mother instilled this habit in me about 6 years ago and it not only aids digestion, but also gives your body that needed doze of vitamins and good bacteria.

2. Mask, twice a week

I never took face masks seriously until I was told my skin elasticity was beginning to deteriorate faster than ideal. That freaked me out so ever since, I try and apply a mask two times a week. I really like water masks as they are easy to apply and doesn’t clog the pores.

3. Hot Yoga

This is something I’ve recently picked up to help with work stress but the benefits of doing hot yoga goes beyond just mental strength. The heat allows me to stretch my limbs and push myself to hold poses for longer. I also find that practicing hot yoga helps with blood circulation as the poses are challenging and the heat makes you sweat all those toxins out.
