Yesterday
I attended a training to sharpen my advertising skills. I remember Shum telling me how awkward she felt when she went for these trainings but at 23, I didn’t get what she meant.
I got it yesterday. We had to introduce ourselves (where we work and how long have we been in the industry) and these people were green. At most, they’ve been working for a year and are super enthusiastic about their jobs.
I’ve been working for more than 6 years and I felt old, and somewhat jaded. And I have roughly 30 years to go before I retire. 😕

ooh, i can empathize. i’ve been working for 14 years now (eeep!), and when i was 23, i’d happily work long hours and rush here and there without complaining. now my heart feels heavy to even drive to the office, heheh 😀
Lol I guess you might feel it more than me. But if you really love your job, I don’t think that will be an issue. 😉
Old? U got to be kidding…hehe =)
Compared to fresh grads, I feel so. 😛
