“I use facial masks diligently. I use at least two a day – one for moisturising and one for whitening. I think I go through at least 600 sheets of facial masks every year.”
Actress and singer Fan Bingbing swears by this ritual to keep her skin youthful. While I wouldn’t go to the extent of applying a face mask twice a day, I do acknowledge the benefits of using one regularly. And by regularly, I mean at least twice a week.
There are many types of face masks in the market – the water mask, silicon mask, rubber mask, charcoal mask, mud mask and sheet mask. I’ve tried them all. Contrary to popular belief, not all masks are the same; they each address different skin types and issues.
After Love Mask and De-stress Mask serves two separate functions, so depending on your skin requirement these masks have been said to help with hydration and suppleness. I’ve tried them on and found them to be relatively easy to apply and hydrating enough after 20 minutes of usage. For RM6.90 each, these masks are affordable to use in the long run.
What I like more about these masks is the fact that RM1 from each mask sold gets donated to BB Charity Society – an NGO founded by KK Group. All donations collected will be given to BB Charity Society and used for the 12th BB Charity Carnival this 14th January 2017. KK Super Mart also pledges to donate RM2 for each mask sold (on 13th November 2016) in conjunction with World Kindness Day.
Now here’s the exciting bit.
Stand a chance to win 3 months’ worth of facial sheet mask by joining the Snap & Win Instagram Contest by KK Super Mart. All you need to do is purchase any #afterlove or #destressmask at KK Super Mart and upload a picture of yourself wearing the mask while holding the packaging.
All the best! ;)
