I finally lost the 4 pounds I gained when I did the Penang eating spree last week. For the first 2-3 days after the trip, I went around feeling fat and sluggish. And I didn’t get much workout done — mostly, I did a juice and sandwich diet.
Went for a jog with rif around the neighborhood, and I’m very certain jogging isn’t for me. Each time a car drives past, I’m forced to inhale a dose of carbon monoxide. At the gym, I get to sweat in the comfort of an air-conditioned space.
But I try to jog outdoors since the PJ Half Marathon is held, well, outdoors. Thanks to Puma, my sports attire is quite ‘gaya’. Also very the gaya is the Bangsar Babe Blog Giveaway prizes from Puma. If you’re keen on winning some Puma goodies along with other goodies from my blog contest sponsors, join the Bangsar Babe Blog Giveaway 2012!
*Btw, I’m still a lousy runner/jogger. 😯

A lot of people here are being advised to start jogging on ‘soft ground’, like fields or non tarmac surfaces. Reason being> the impact of the feet on hard surfaces, eventually leads to ligament damage, joint pains, etc, over the years. It’s nice to jog, do you know there are loads of programs(in print) for a jogging plan on the internet? Nice Puma apparels you have!
Thanks! 🙂
Wow….you are so fit!!!
Ya…your outfit indeed ‘ada gaya’ . “Gaya Mutu Keunggulan” ^_^
