Delectable by Su @ The Gardens, Mid Valley City

by Bangsar Babe

“A cake is more than just ‘dessert’. It should be the centerpiece of an event that would leave your guests raving for months.

Work at delectable extends beyond emptying mixing bowls and baking rich batters to tall puffy pillows of cake. This establishment is not merely just a bakery with delicious treats. It’s the little details; that touch of style, that makes all the difference.

Passion and creativity is the essence of every delectable masterpiece.”

I’ve been a fan of Su’s creations since my student days in the UK. I found her blog through Boo’s, 4 years ago. I enjoy reading about her baking and cooking experiments, and her cakes always look lovely. I finally got to taste some, at the launch of Delectable by Su on 12 June 2009. *grins*

In The Gardens now? Gotta check it out when I'm back. The cakes look so nicely decorated that if it's front of me, I'll find it hard to put my fork into it!

most impressive is that suyin is a self taught cook (although she did spend some time in America to polish her skills)
