Diva

Diva. It can mean so many things to people. To me, a diva is someone difficult who insists on having her way all the time (often irrational, impractical ways). She is self-centred, rude, condescending, overly dramatic and thinks everyone is beneath her.

Here’s a tip if you ever have to deal with one – just give that diva the “don’t-you-dare-mess-with-me-or-I’ll-claw-your-eyeballs-out” look. Took me a while to learn this, but I’ve finally mastered doing that.

That said, it takes a lot of self-control not to end up a diva when you’re in pageants. If I was anywhere near one, I apologize. It’s the pageant air – it gets to your head.
