This past two weeks has been quite productive (and hectic) for me. I think I’m pretty much on track with regards to the blog and things are starting to pick up at work. Of course there’s still the occasional work stress but that’s expected.
Haven’t had time to catch up with friends the way I used to and when I have time, I usually spend it with rif and both our families. But life is good. At least I’m learning to be grateful for what I’m blessed with and not dwell on what I don’t have.
For those who commented that I’ve lost weight, I am losing a bit of muscle mass because I don’t have enough time to exercise. I have been eating well though, albeit lesser in quantity.
And I drink way too much coffee. Need to find a way to cut back significantly. Depending on things at the office, I usually start with a three shot coffee with a bit of milk. Sometimes four, when I have a difficult task in hand. Come night time, I often have a flat white at either Artisan, Plan B or F Buffalo.
