Warong SinarNor is my favourite nasi lemak place of all time. rif was the one who introduced me to this stall and I’ve been going there for my nasi lemak fix ever since.

For those who enjoy watching their videos on larger screens, you might want to click on the HD version. Enjoy!

Nice video. Food looks delicious. The close caption was nice since there was some road noise. There is a good Malay restaurant at Jalan Bukit Hijau, Seri Hijaun in Shah Alam (Proton factory area). It is in a shop house. I think the name is Aini or Anita, I could be wrong. The food is very good. They open for breakfast till lunch during the weekdays. The brinjal and kembong/sardine are delicious. I don't live in KL, that's why I don't remember the name really well. My mother used to in the condo across the street from the restaurant. Hope you do check it out. BTW, congrats on your engagement to RIF!

OMG! I love this video. It is very well-explained of the dishes on the table. It makes me want to head down to KL just for Nasi Lemak Warong SinarNor!

Julian – When you come back KL!!

Jason – Hahaha…true! I was excited. Took a while for me to edit the video. ;)

Here is my mother's former address: Jalan Bukit Hijau 26/24, Seri Hijauan Section 26, 40400 Shah Alam. The condo has twin towers. The Malay restaurant is across the street. You can get regular or lemak rice. They have plenty of dishes for you to choose. They are really good.

    Coolness! Thanks Meng!! :)

Btw, they are only open during weekdays?

The restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch during the weekdays. They are open on Saturdays but I think the food dishes are limited. They are close on Sundays. There is also an Indian banana leaf restaurant close by:)

You know what….I'd include nasi lemak there on my list after giving it a try this afternoon (Obviously I ta pau or took away one packet before an interview began at 11:30 am this morning). It doesn't have to be so hot in order to be delicious. To be honest, it's much more awesome compared to nasi lemak I normally bought in Kepong every Saturday morning. ^_^
